Elton John: I could have ended up like Whitney Houston

Elton also had a troubled past like the late singer.

Elton John speaks out about bullying and his past drug use in a new interview with E!, acknowledging, “I could have so easily ended up like Whitney Houston.”

Gossip Cop report the singer-songwriter spoke frankly about being bullied - after rising to stardom.

John explained: “I was the perfect candidate for it. Even though I was famous and a big deal, it doesn’t matter, it’s who you are underneath that, and I was always kind of shy and intimidated.”

He says of his bullies, “One was violent and the other two were mentally violent. They were very important people in my life. They were important people in my career and in my personal life.”

The star went on to open up about his family with David Furnish and their son Zachary, John says he wouldn’t even have them had he not gone sober in 1990.

It’s a “miracle” he didn’t wind up like Whitney, he says, “because I’m sure I did as much cocaine as she ever did.”

Chris Brown not performing with Rihanna

Chris Brown will NOT be performing with Rihanna at an upcoming concert.

The pair were rumoured to be ready to do a duet at the Supafest Music Festival in Brisbane next month.

But a representative of Brown said the speculation is “not true.”

The pair stunned fans last month when they teamed up to record the song Birthday Cake.

That was despite Brown being instructed to stay away from Rihanna, who he used to date, following an assault charge in 2009.

But any hopes of them doing a collaboration in Australia have been firmly dismissed.

Kate Winslet hates Celine Dion Titanic song

Titanic actor Kate Winslet has revealed that she cannot stand the song, My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion, which was the theme song for the hit 1997 movie. Kate claims that she becomes rather nauseous whenever she hears the track and wishes she could do something about it.

Winslet explained to MTV News, "[I feel] like throwing up [when I hear it]. No, I shouldn't say that. No, actually, I do feel like throwing up. I wish I could say, 'Oh listen, everybody! It's the Celine Dion song!' But I don't. I just have to sit there, you know, kind of straight-faced with a massive internal eye roll."

She added, "It's thrilling for people to surprise me with the Celine Dion song. I did a talk show recently in Italy and they actually had a live pianist who started gently playing the theme song.”

Kate continued, "I was not even gently, rather severely, urged to go and sing it as though I had in fact sung it myself in the first place. It was like, 'No! I'm not going to do that.' They're like, 'Oh no, come on, it will be funny.' No, it won't be funny. At all. And I'm not going to."

Cocaine Found in Whitney Houston's Hotel Room

Despite initial reports that no drugs were found in Whitey Houston’s hotel room, except for a beer, some “In-N-Out” and xanax, which in Hollywood is candy and not actually a real drug, TMZ is reporting that police have in fact found traces of cocaine in Whitney Houston’s hotel room.

It’s unsure how much cocaine was in the room, but official reports say the police recovered a “white powdery remnant” and I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that it wasn’t some oil-free translucent powder they found.

Sources say that the powder was tested and it was indeed cocaine.

The last report to surface around Whitney Houston was that she had a secret drug snatcher pull all the cocaine from the hotel room when she passed away, but sources say that Beverly Hills detectives are not investigating those rumors and police claim nobody removed the coke from the room.

Apparently everyone who was with Whitney at the time had no idea that there were any illegal drugs in the room.

The final cause of death for Whitney Houston is currently being ruled by accidental ruling as spurred by heart disease and cocaine found in her system.

Being of Armenian descent, Kim Kardashian's eyes are as dark as her glossy brunette hair. But in a new Instagram pic, she's trying out a different look.

In the photo posted Wednesday, the naturally brown-eyed girl shows off a tanned complexion that makes her blue eye contacts pop and sports a wig of shoulder-length hair and full, eyelash-grazing bangs.

"What I would look like with light eyes," she posted on her Twitter with a link to her dramatic makeover.

Since creating an Instagram account earlier this year, the 31-year-old has been a non-stop photo sharer, posting everything from her impressive, crazy-expensive shoe closet to her incognito moments where she tried out blonde wigs.

Bobbi Kristina Brown to Make Acting Debut in Tyler Perry Sitcom

Following her first interview since Whitney Houston’s death earlier this month, Bobbi Kristina Brown is set to make her acting debut.

According to Radar Online, the 19-year-old has been offered a reoccurring role in Tyler Perry’s TBS sitcom “For Better or Worse” as the daughter of a hair stylist.

The hit series, which was recently picked up for a second season, resumes the roles of Marcus and Angela (played by Tasha Smith and Michael Jai White) from Perry’s motion picture “Why Did I Get Married.”

During her exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey Brown revealed plans of carrying on the late icon’s legacy. "I have to carry on the legacy," she said. "We're gonna do the singing thing. Some acting, some dancing. ... It's a lot of pressure, but she prepared me for it."

The second season of “For Better or Worse” premieres this summer on TBS.

The “Waiting for Tonight” babe chatted with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show, gushing about the whole process of recording the sure-to-be-hit club anthem.

J. Lo shared, “First of all I love it. I love being able to collaborate with producer RedOne again, and working with Pitbull again. We had a great chemistry the last time, and it was like ‘We’re going to have to do something again.’ And this was the perfect song. I love the message of the song. That when something bad happens, your life is not over. You have to get up. You’re gonna live. You’re gonna to be okay. You’re gonna dance again.”

As for what’s next, Lopez explained, “We don’t know yet. Whether it’s going to be a full album or ‘Greatest Hits.’ I’m working on a collection of songs right now, and I don’t know what I’m going to do with them, but here’s the first single!”

Jennifer also noted that the timing of the new song is strategic- “I think when it came to me it was the perfect moment. I definitely related to that. I think it’s a good thing to put it out there right now, because everybody goes through tough moments. Everybody goes through hard times, and I am no stranger to that myself. So to even hear the demo of the song. Actually, we re-wrote some of the lyrics to fit in to that message.”

While no release date has been revealed just yet, Bieber spoke about the visual offering with MTV earlier this week, saying, "The concept of this video, I mean it's not like a steady concept. It's not like 'Justin follows this girl to this spot.' No, it's a bunch of amazing scenes: Like a fire scene, we have an ice scene."

Sure to please his millions of fans, Justin added that they can expect to see some of his suave dance moves, as he dished, "It's kind of like bouncing back and forth. And then there's scenes of me and just a bunch of girl dancers, and just some great shots, great artistic shots, great shots of me smiling. It's fun.

The Jersey Shore star, 24, may have excitedly shed some weight, but now that she's pregnant, she's proud of what she's gained – in the chest area.

The MTV personality and her fiancé Jionni LaValle officially announced their pregnancy in March.

Ne-Yo: Why I Named My Son Mason

Not all celebrities follow the trend of picking wild-out-of-the-box names for their little ones. Take Ne-Yo, who thoughtfully selected “a very strong, very stout name,” for his second child, son Mason Evan.



“We needed him to have a name that felt like a gentleman, like somebody you have to respect, ” the singer tells PEOPLE Wednesday at New York’s Liberty Theater, where he launched Malibu Red at a private concert.



“Mason Evan Smith, you have to respect that name.”



And while, he’s a bit picky when selecting his kid’s names, don’t expect the musician to be a stage dad.



“I’m not going to be that dude that predestines my children’s future,” he says. “I’m just going to do my best so that my daughter doesn’t end up on a pole and my son doesn’t end up on the corner. And whatever they do outside of that is pretty much their decision.”



Admittedly, it’s difficult to work full-time with two tots at home. In addition to 5-month-old Mason, he and Monyetta Shaw are also parents to daughter Madilyn Grace, 16 months.



“I missed [Madilyn]‘s first words,” the R&B vocalist shares, adding, “I gotta say the best thing about having two kids is just having two kids.”



These days, the singer is trying to create a balanced family life. “Some people say, ‘One day at a time,’” he notes. “I say, ‘One minute at a time.’”

Lindsay Lohan's probation has ended

The troubled actress appeared before Judge Stephanie Sautner today (29.03.12) at Los Angeles Superior Court to hear the judge declare "she did it" and confirm she had successfully completed the terms of her probation, which was initially set as punishment for a 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) conviction.

When the judge terminated the probation, Lindsay - wearing a teal and black outfit by Celine, Givenchy and The Row - smiled broadly and breathed a sigh of relief, before hugging her lawyer Shawn Holley.

The judge then advised Lindsay to curb her partying ways to help her stay out of trouble in future.

She said:  "I know it's kinda hard when people are following you all of the time, but that's the life you chose.

"You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop clubbing and focus on work."

The 'Mean Girls' star thanked the judge for the way she had dealt with her case.

She said: "I just want to thank you for being fair. What you've done has really opened a lot of doors for me and I appreciate it."

Lindsay will now stay on informal probation relating to a misdemeanour theft last year and must not break any laws for the next 30 months.

The judge told her: "The only terms on that case are to obey all laws. It's not that hard."

While Lindsay's probation has ended, she still stands accused of a hit-and-run by club manager Thaer Kamal, who says she knocked into him with her Porsche and left the scene the scene earlier this month.

Mr. Kamal is said to be demanding at least $100,000 in compensation from the 'Machete' star, but so far the incident is under investigation by police, and no charges have been filed against Lindsay, nor has she been arrested.

Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova will never marry

Singer Enrique Iglesias has revealed how he does not plan to ever get married to, his former tennis playing girlfriend, Anna Kournikova, as he does not believe that it will make a difference to their relationship. Enrique admitted that he was very much in love with Anna and did not need paperwork to prove that.

Iglesias explained, "I've never really thought marriage would make a difference. Maybe it's because I come from divorced parents, but I don't think you love someone more because of a piece of paper.”

He added, “And nowadays, it's not taboo to have kids and not be married. What makes a difference is that you're a good parent, period.” Enrique went on to state that, just because he refers to Anna as his wife, it does not mean that they have secretly got married.

Iglesias continued, "It was just meant to be sweet in the moment. I honestly didn't mean to confuse people. I thought it'd be easier for the audience to understand than if I said 'my girl'." Anna Kournikova is in agreement with her boyfriend, stating that she too does not see the need to get married.

Julia Roberts Talks "Mirror Mirror" on GMA

Julia Roberts visited ABC studios for an appearance on "Good Morning America" on Thursday (March 29).

The 44-year-old actress sat down with George Stephanopoulos while talking about playing the Evil Queen in the Snow White based movie "Mirror Mirror".

With George bringing up that he had heard that Julia brought her three children to the set for much of the filming process, the "Pretty Woman" star confirmed that she was, indeed, accompanied to work by her brood.

Roberts expanded on this by telling, "I had these dresses so big that they could all fit under there. And probably hair and makeup, also, I mean it was a lot of space under there."

Also dishing about the fact that her kids are starting to realize that they have a famous mom, Julia told, "It's kind of a good time to make a family movie. Kids at there school are kind of mentioning it... So we've had a couple of conversations that have gone very naturally and easily and it's not anything that's coming as a huge shock."

The R&B heart throb makes use of the skies, with his laptop and headphones for comfort while rapping about the ups and downs of his personal and professional life. Those subjects include witnessing his mother suffering from domestic abuse, his battle with the media, fake friends, and the tragic incident which saw him assault his then-girlfriend Rihanna three years ago. The song is deep, and the video’s simplicity allowed the song’s reflective nature to shine through. It’s definitely a useful way to get things off his chest and using his star power to encourage todays youth to learn from their mistakes

According to a teaser released by Bazaar, Posh talks about everything from juggling her roles as fashion designer and super mom to three growing boys and new baby daughter Harper Seven to how she feels about her body and what it’s like to go to bed with her soccer star hubby, David Beckham.

With their fashion empire quickly expanding, the Kardashian sisters most recently struck a sisterly pose for their new swimwear line for Sears.

The sexy snap shows Kim, Kourtney and Khloe all decked out in hot, new swimsuits designed by Bruno Schiavi for the Kardashian Kollection.

With Bruno posting the shot on Facebook, he added a message reading: ”First look at our new Kardashian Kollection Swimwear campaign! The girls look incredible!!!!!”

Recently speaking with Celebuzz about working with the E! reality trio, Schiavi dished, “The great thing about them is that they do have their own personal sense of style. They are very unique in whom they are but at the same time, they do come together as sisters and they to tend to agree on most things because they have the same vision. They really have a passion for fashion.”

Earl Scruggs Dies At 88

Country Music Hall of Famer Earl Scruggs died Wednesday morning at a Nashville hospital. The bluegrass legend and one-half of the forever influential duo Flatt and Scruggs died of natural causes, according to his son Gary. He was 88.

The Associated Press reported the news of his death late Wednesday evening. It’s difficult to encompass all that Scruggs did for country and bluegrass music in a single story. He was as influential as Henry Ford was to the automobile, popularizing a three-finger style of banjo playing instead of the usual clawhammer style. While Bill Monroe will forever be the ‘Godfather’ of bluegrass music, Scruggs was his banjo player, and it was Lester Flatt and Scruggs that brought the genre into the ’50s and 60s. They broke up in 1969, and Flatt died ten years later.

“I always felt like Earl was to the five-string banjo what Babe Ruth was to baseball,” Porter Wagoner said in 2004. “He is the best there ever was, and the best there ever will be.”

‘Foggy Mountain Breakdown’ is Scruggs’ most memorable hit, but he also gained fame for ‘The Ballad of Jed Clampett’ — the theme from ‘The Beverly Hillbillies.’ The legend first learned to play banjo at the age of four and was playing in bands across his home state of North Carolina by age 15. During his 70-plus year career, he was honored with a National Medal of Art, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and put a song (‘Foggy Mountain Breakdown’) into the Library of Congress’ National Recording Registry of works of unusual merit.

“I never in my wildest dreams thought of rewards and presentations,” he said in 1992. USA Today called Scruggs a “quietly affable presence,” while making note of the oft-politically charged performances he was a part of but never provoked. He’d play with anyone who loved the music, and that meant the likes of Joan Baez and Bob Dylan in the ’60s and ’70s, and later Ravi Shankar and Elton John.

“He was the man who melted walls, and he did it without saying three words,” longtime friend Marty Stuart in 2000.

Louise Scruggs, his wife of 57 years, died in 2006. Scruggs is survived by his sons, Gary and Randy.

Rumours of a secret meeting between Rihanna and Ashton sparked a Twitter storm as people speculated whether the pair are actually together.

However, they need wonder no more as Rihanna has put an end to the gossip at a press conference for her new film Battleship.

A reporter was given short shrift when she asked the We Found Love singer whether she is as happy in her private life as she is in her professional life.

After being asked if Brits would be 'seeing an appearance from a certain Mr Ashton Kutcher', a clearly unimpressed Rihanna retorted: 'I'm single and I'm happy, if that's what you're asking.'

Gossip surrounding the Barbados-born singer and the Two And A Half Men star reached fever pitch this week after the singer was reportedly spotted making a late-night visit to the actor's home in LA and leaving about four hours later.

The reason for Rihanna's midnight visit is still unknown.

Ashton is not the only man the Battleship actress has been linked to.

Recently, rumours of a relationship with rapper Drake surfaced after they were filmed getting cosy in the video for Take Care.

But Drake, speaking to Tim Westwood, denied the reports, saying: 'Me and Rihanna have a great connection, but no, we're not together.'
